By accessing or purchasing from www.bridgecityapparel.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site.

2. Products & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your display. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in product descriptions and reserve the right to correct errors.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error has occurred. You will be notified and not charged (or refunded) if this happens.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Sales tax is collected on orders where required by applicable state and local law.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or inventory errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Eligibility

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered items in original condition with all tags attached. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please include your order number and reason for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.5 Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@bridgecityapparel.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
