Shipping policy

We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping carriers

We ship via UPS and USPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

Delivery estimates

Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping rates

Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be available at checkout with adjusted rates and delivery times.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the UPS or USPS website, or log into your Bridge City Apparel account to check your order status at any time.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bridgecityapparel.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
