Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Return window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds or store credit.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unopened (original packaging intact, tags attached) — eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Opened but unworn (packaging opened, tags still attached, item has not been worn, washed, or altered) — eligible for store credit equal to the full item value.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit under any circumstances.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, contact us within your 14-day window at info@bridgecityapparel.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective or damaged product) — we will cover return shipping costs in full and provide a prepaid label.
  • If the return is a change of mind or sizing issue — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2–3 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or store credit:

  • Full refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
  • Store credit is issued by email and never expires. It can be applied to any future Bridge City Apparel order at checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@bridgecityapparel.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order. If you need sizing guidance before reordering, we are happy to help — just reach out via our Contact page.
